VisionPulseWay offers personalized coaching sessions designed to support individual growth, professional development, and strategic guidance. Services include one-on-one consultations, group coaching, and tailored planning sessions.
3. Information Products
We offer digital materials such as e-books, online courses, and templates that provide guidance on best practices, goal setting, and performance enhancement. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
4. Physical Goods
Our merchandise includes printed journals, planners, and branded materials that complement coaching and learning experiences.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are due at the time of order or session scheduling. Accepted methods include major credit card or bank transfer. If payment is not received, access to products or sessions may be withheld.
6. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Coaching sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. To reschedule, please notify us no later than 48 hours before the appointment. Late notices may be treated as cancellations as described below.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Coaching Services
Clients may cancel a scheduled session up to 7 days prior to the appointment for a full refund of the session fee. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the session may be credited toward a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for reimbursement, though one complimentary reschedule is offered when feasible.
7.2 Information Products
Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all digital materials are final sale. If you experience technical issues accessing the content, contact our support team for assistance and possible replacement files.
7.3 Physical Goods
Physical items may be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Shipping costs to send items back are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once items are received and inspected, your payment method will be credited for the cost of the item (excluding initial shipping charges).
7.4 Reimbursement Procedures
Approved refund requests will be reimbursed using the original method of payment within 14 business days of approval. If reimbursement is not possible via the original method, a credit may be issued toward future purchases.
